Carina Toledo is a Brazilian-Portuguese Influencer Marketing Director based in London.

With a background of 12 years in digital publishing and social media, she has been focusing on Influencer Marketing since 2015 with roles in different sides of the industry, experiencing both talent management and campaign strategy + execution for brands. 

She brings a depth of experience leading teams to deliver global campaigns for DTC + FMGC brands and retailers. Specialism areas include fashion, beauty, wellness, e-commerce, affiliate marketing + ambassador programmes, creative content and more.

Her client experience includes brands such as Selfridges, Karl Lagerfeld, Bondi Sands, Toni & Guy, KMS Haircare, H. Samuel Jewellers, Cadbury Ice Cream, Nestlé brands, Burt’s Bees, ELEMIS, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Marks & Spencer, Simply Be, amongst others.

She is also an experienced public speaker as panelist and presenter at events such as the Influencer Marketing Show, IAB Nonference, Awin Think Tank and more.

Carina has degrees in Marketing & Advertising from ESPM, and in Fashion Design from Faculdade Santa Marcelina, both in São Paulo.

She started her career in 2009 in entertainment journalism as a writer and presenter. With the growth of social media, her skillset developed and grew with the industry, gaining exposure to different digital marketing disciplines.

Upon relocating to London, in 2015 Carina joined then startup chloédigital - a tech and strategy consultancy for fashion and lifestyle creators. Since then she has worked exclusively in influencer marketing at Awin, THG, Sixteenth Talent and Summer.

Carina believes in driving positive and meaningful conversations online through the creative collaboration between brands, creators and audiences.
